The R/M Ranch is equipped with a staff to meet all needs of its visitors.

Someone is always available to work personally with visitors, offering counseling and guidance as seen fit.

A full-time doctor resides at the ranch to meet physical needs.

A qualified staff is employed to help run not only the dining area and sleeping quarters, but also to care for the number of horses kept at the ranch.

The ranch itself is made up of a spacious dining area, comfortable bunk houses for visitors, several horse barns, and housing for some of the staff.
